Writer, curator, and researcher questioning current paradigms through poetic lens.

My work is aimed at softly deconditioning us from the systems we inhabit. I do this through writing, crafting rituals, and curating workshops. To swim against the current of a fast-paced society, I create sensorial experiences infusing poetry, ritual, music, movement and critical analysis.

Writing the Body is a 2-hour workshop that guides writers and creatives on a journey to reconnect with their bodies and get out of their minds. In a world dominated by logic and intellect, embodiment becomes a revolutionary act.

Writing and creating require a lot of headwork, and so many of us already know how to be in our minds very well. But it is through emotions that we create, and emotions live in the body.

Join me as we explore the art of writing through the body and the senses. What stories does our body hold? How can we let it guide us? These are some of the questions we will try to answer together

Deconditioning Practices & Sensorial Experiences

browse my workshop offerings for individuals or companies.

My workshops offer a safe haven for individuals and companies alike to explore pressing issues like climate grief, burnout, or delve into intricate topics like masculinity. Through a blend of ritual, movement, sensorial exploration, dialogue, and creative writing, these workshops create an intimate space rooted in poeticism and beauty. In these workshops, participants immerse themselves in a space that encourages vulnerability and personal growth. These sensorial experiences often come to life through collaboration with local artists and facilitators, adding diverse perspectives and creative influences.

I explore social justice, ecology, feminism and art. My writing questions, and reflects on, the social paradigms currently in place through an approach centred on the emotional and spiritual as well as on the political and logical.

My words are in Al Jazeera, The Guardian, The New York Times, Atmos Magazine, Vice and many notebooks around the world.

The systems we inhabit, inhabit us.

To dismantle the systems around you, you must also dismantle the systems inside of you.

May you remember dark times with humor
